Question about merchant shopping
i want to know what is the earliest level i can shop a 30/20 prismatic bone shield at? i've done it numerous times but not until hell because i didn't wanna try at lower levels and be wasting my time because it can't spawn.
oh and if difficulty makes a difference post that too please <3
