Question about java gloves

Who's the best vendor to shop for +3 java/20 ias normal/exceptional gloves?

Already have one pair, but unfortunately it's ogre gautlets. To be of any use, I really need it to have lower strength requirements.

I like using the Pindle-portal by Anya. She seems (to me) to consistently carry more gloves than the other vendors, and the armor tab is her default one, so you don't get stuck staring at weapons/whatever during every shopping trip (I'm not sure if this is true for the others or not). Otherwise, I'd probably pick Charsi or Gheed in Act1, just so you could throw up a cow-portal and cycle through that. With any other vendor you'd spend more time running around.

BTW, you probably know this, but all 3/20 gloves have a 'gold' skin, so you don't have to inspect the majority of gloves you see in the vendor's window.

Cycling through Pindle's portal and checking all gold skin gloves at Anya pretty much sums up my efforts to get another pair. Guess I just haven't been lucky with this particular skill tab yet. I'll keep trying.
