Question about Frenzy speed...
According to the weapon speed calculator, if my barb uses 2 phase blades (base speed -30 for both) with a level 30 frenzy, he will reach the max attack speed (5 fps) if his right hand weapon has 35% ias while his left hand weapon has no ias. However, the calculator also shows that if his left hand weapon has 35% ias while his right hand has none, he will NOT reach the max attack speed. Note that I also get 20% ias from my gloves.
My question is, does the right-hand weapon really give you more attack speed when using frenzy??I thought frenzy simply averages out the speed of both weapons so the which hand the faster weapon (in this case the weapon with 35% ias) goes in doesn't matter.
