    Question about Fade

This mite be a silly question... or one that has been asked b4...

In regards to fade... i know it adds to your physical damage reduction for every "hard" point added to it.

If i were to use 2x shadow claws... would this mean my physical damage is increased a further 6% or just the res etc. from fade??

And if i had two claws with +3fade on each claw... would this add to my physical damage reduction??

    Thanks for your help!!

Every aspect of fade is prebuffable--the res, duration, and PDR%. So just cast it with whatever set-up gives you the highest level.

    Hi,

I'm new to the forum, and to Assassin builds. I just want to make certain that I understand 'pre-buff'. If i use +3 fade claws as my alternate weapons, then when I cast Fade, I should see my base skill +6 (2 x each of +3 claws) as the effective Fade level, correct?

Yes, if I understand what you are saying.

The skill level on pre-buffable skills will stay at whatever level the skill was at when you cast the spell (regardless of later equipment changes). These skills include Fade, BoS, Venom, Shadows, traps, and a few others which are less permanent.

what do you mean by hard points? i take it like this, if you put 1 point into fade and let the items booss it up lest say to level 25. that means in the end you will have 25% damage reduce, not 1% as still the hard points on fade is 1% it doesn't work that way. you get 25% damage reduce. hard points bonuses works on synergies.

this is why fade included almost all shadow skill tree is a one point wonder.
