Question about crafting

I was wonder if it was technically possible, even if absurdly unlikely, to craft a blood amulet with the following mods and if it is possible what level requirements on it would be:
+ 2 barb skills (Berserker)
+ 3 warcries (Echoing)
+ 120 life (whale+blood)
+ 30 str (atlas)
+ 10% r/w (blood)
+ 4% life leach (blood)

2 different +skill affixes cannot spawn together on rare or crafted items (same affix group). The Echoing prefix cannot spawn on rare or crafted items at all.

That ammy it's not possible:

1) You can't have +skills and +skill tab in the same item. Both affixes are from the same group of affixes and you can just have one affix per group.

2) The whale affix just appears in magic items. Crafted items use the rare affixes pool so the whale affix is out. The max life is +60 from the colossus affix.

3) the atlas affix is possible.

4) the rest are fixed affixes from the recipe.

The required lvl is given by this formula:

rlvl = rlvl(of highest affix) +10 +3x (#of other affixes).

the required lvl of each affix can also be consulted in the same site page. Just an example, a rare ring with 6 affixes with the highest affix rlvl= 50

rlvl = 50+10+3*5 = 65

Ahh, ok, thanks, I thought it pulled from the magic affixes.
