Question about cold damage
On the raven frost rings it reads:
Adds 15-45 Cold Damage, 4 sec. Duration (Normal)
Do breakpoint exist with cold damge since its duration is divided up by difficulty or does the decimal carry? In other words what will 7 seconds duration mean in hell?
Does each successive hit with cold damage reset the damage in the same way poison does? Will higher cold damage always over-ride lower applied cold damage?
Finally, the 15-45 damage mentioned above, that would be spread out over the 4 seconds in normal but would it be all applied in hell within a second or is just 1/4 of that damage is applied in a second?
