Quake!

I've been playing quake before I could remember it, (I know that because my Dad and Grandfather always tell me that) and that was simply Quake 1/2, I still play one now, but Quake 2 isn't working so much for me.

Anyway, I wanted to hop into Quake 3, but Quake Live is Quake 3 through your Browser basically, should I get Quake 3 off of STEAM, or just wait for Quake Live? Oh, and is there still alot of people playing Quake 3? I have no interest in four what-so-ever.

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that, since you've been playing for so long, you can actually play the game and don't rely on things like AimBots to play it for you... unlike 95% of the people that play Q3. Don't waste your time.

Not that old, I used to call Quake "Doom with jumping".

And yes, I don't use any type of program to play for me, that's just stupid and un-needed.

So, I guess i'll go off and buy Quake 4, considering it IS $15. o.o
Though, it seems they make Strafe Jumping less and less significant each game. <.<

quake 4 uses the doom3 engine, just fixed up alot better
(that could be part of dondrei's file problem, the rest has to do with NSFW skills)


and botting is for people who have no skills of their own
