Q about boss immunities

When the boss have properties which should make him immune to 3 or more elements, he is immune only to 2 elements. Does anyone know what is his resistance to elements that he should be immune?

For example when I do Baal runs (with lightning zon), Lister sometimes spawns Lightning enchanted and Magic resistant. In that case he is not lightning immune. I can bring him down quite fast.

The game applies unique monster bonuses in some order. Fixed mods like Lister’s Spectral Hit is applied first. After the game has set two immunities it will ignore resistance bonuses, which may set third immunity.

Look at the Lister. He has 120% Fire, 33% Lightning, 50% Cold and 95% Poison elemental resistance in Hell. Spectral Hit sets its resistance to Fire Immune/53% L/70% C/Poison Immune. So he is always Fire Immune Poison Immune. Lightning Enchanted could set him to Lightning Immune, so it remains unchanged (53% Lightning Resistance).
In the other case Magic Resistant Lister has 93% Lightning Resistance but only 70% Cold.

But Lister spawns Lightning immune sometimes, I know that after 400+ Baal runs with my Lightning zon.
What you say is logical and can be true if you don't forget that spectral hit doesn't increase poison resistance.

Oh! I forgot that Spectral only increases Fire, Lightning and Cold resistance. But you got the idea!?
Lister will spawn Fire Immune with 53% Lightning, 70% Cold and 95% Poison resistance. Then he gets bonuses. E.c.:

Bonus = F/C/L/P resistances
Lightning enchanted + a non-resistance bonus = 120, 70, 125, 95
Cold enchanted + a non-resistance bonus = 120, 145, 53, 95
Magic resistant (*) + a non-resistance bonus = 120, 70, 93, 135
Magic resistant (*) + Lightning Enchanted = 120, 70, 93, 135

* — the highest resistance gets immunity

Hope my numbers are correct this time. :)
