PvP WW Caster Killer Barb Help Plz

Ok, well I decided to re-make my other pvp barb. He was actualy for casters but did a little of BvB too and i kinda ruined him so i want to make a pure caster killer pvp whirl wind barb. I read evilbarbs guide and i got some good tips from it. Heres what i'm gonna wear...
Ume'd Arrets
Bp Enigma (evil barb said keep very low str and save everything for vita so not using my archon one)
Ebotd Zerk
Beast Zerk
37/13 Verdungos
x2 raven spirals (any other good ones??)
Draculs OR steel rends
Gore riders OR imp shanks
chaos noose (any other??)
anni
couple barb gcs
couple 290s
fhr scs
faster r/w scs
20 life scs
on switch:
x2 hotos to catch those pesky necs and sorces

Do i need any points into frenzy?? i really don't know
double swing?

1 iron skin
1 increase speed
max wep mastery
max bo
1 shout
1 Bc
stats:
STR: proably leave it at base cuz my enigma will provide all my str
DEX: none
VIT: everything
MANA: none
ok now i dont know wut to do about lvling. Because i want to use sig set but i dont want to use 75 str doing it! i dont want to ruin my barb again. Now u may say it won't ruin him but i think it will so should i just use gear like gemmed swords and all??
