in my exprience 40 fcr is enough to catch anyone. Just corner lock them non stop and you should be able to catch them and as soon as they start doing something else other than teleing you'll land on top or next to them. there is very little delay between tele and ww so you don't need to be able to tele much faster to be able to catch them. On the other hand the huge damage boost from using beast seems to be more useful unless you really need the the stack from wizzy. also dual umed wiz spikes seem to work pretty well espeically agaisnt eshield sorcs.
