PvP Smiter w/o Grief?
Odd build in my head, wondering if this idea would work off the paper and in the blood moor.
Traditional Smiter skills but gear changed to:
Phoenix Berserker Axe or Pb
Phoenix Pally Shield
Enigma
Trang's Gloves
Cat's Eye Amulet
.08 Valk's Helm with IAS jewel
Arachnid's
FCR Ring
Ravenfrost
Gives you 75% Fcr for telesmiting casters.
80% Chance to cast firestorm on attack, and another 25% to cast that "thing" from your torch. Which means you have a pretty good chance of casting some fire stuff when you smite, and this should stunlock most characters. I'm seeing how the piddly damage would make this character get destroyed by attacks that can't be interrupted like WW etc etc.
But do you think the firestorm is reliable enough to build a smiter around phoenix? And the charms would have to be skillers with fhr/life because skills are the main source of damage now, not the grief.
The casting delay off of firestorm is really annoying and wondering if there's anyway to get around that delay. Do you guys think the delay is too long (15 frames) to be viable?
