I am having a tough time getting all the hotkeys straight on my smiter.

here are the skills

holyshield
fantacism
charge
smite
vigor
salv/resist light (i been switching these depending on duel)
battle command
battle orders

how should i order them? im using q,e,a,s,d,f,z,x,v,g,h
