PvP penalty for minions, does one exist?

Hey, someone told me there was one, but I haven't been able to find mention of it here, on gamefaqs, or on Mt. Arreat. Guy pulling my chain or what?

In PvP yes
In PV unique monster yes
InPvM none

OK, what is it then, pleaze? The PvP penalty 1/4, 1/6, 1/8?

Its probably the normal pvp penalty, 1/6

Nitpicking: PvP penalty is in fact 17%. Which is almost the same as 1/6th tho.
