the most common and easiest to build (imo) is a tiger strike sin.
begining equipment is:
3socket mask filled with 9 max jewels
3socket armor (breast plate or light plate) filled with 9 max jewels
3socket blade talon with one hel and 2 9 max jewels
pelta lunata socketed with 9maxer
deaths gloves
deaths sash
hsarus boots
75 ar nagel ring x2
ar/dual stat ammy
jewelry is the toughest item to find since you cant fall back on angelics as they require lvl 12. about the best ammy would have some ar (high isnt necessary and is tough to find, it's better to make up ar on rings), up to 5 dex, up to 5 str, some damage to mana, and half freeze. good ring to replace nagels would be 80+ar/1-2 str/1-2 dex/some life/some mana/half freeze(if you dont have it on your ammy or arent using deaths sash)
with this set up you use for skill placement:
9 tiger strike
9 claw mastery
2 burst of speed
fill your inventory 16x 15 life large charms, 2x 12 fhr gcs, and 2x 1dex (or str doesnt matter) scs
better gear would be:
3 socket mask filled with up to 14 max damage jewels
4 socket ancient armor with 4x -req/max jewels
10ias/eth repair blade talon with some ed%, ar, and 2os (yeah right) socketed with 20%ed/max/stat jewel (if you find a 10ias/eth repair/2os blade talon fill it with the best jewels you can find)
bloodfists
pelta lunata socketed with 14 maxer
hsarus belt (need half freeze durations somewhere if you go with this)
hsarus boots
good jewelry (see example above)
with this set up your skills would look like this:
9tiger strike
7 claw mastery
4 burst of speed
inventory would be; 16x 15 life large charms, 2x 12fhr/40+ar gc, and 2x 1str (or dex)/4ar sc
this set up lets you still hit 7fpa. you may wind up with less damage, but you'll have a lot more life and you'll have better fhr.
other top builds for lvl 9 that i know nothing about:
jabazon
sacadin
smiter (defiance, regen, and might are doable iirc)
bash barb
sac necro (really good but requires top of the line gear to get it worth a crap)
i feel like i left something out, but i did this off the top of my head during break.
