Dragon Flight is slow and misfires constantly. Good luck catching those defensive Necromancers/Sorcs with no teleport. Heck, anything ranged has the advantage.

You want the FCR for teleport/mind blast. As for your equipment, that looks a lot like a PvM setup, not PvP. I think you should do some researching and follow Happy's advice of pursuing teleport/venom.

Dragon flight is very useful, you just cant try to use it while swarmed
