that is Dragon Claw as a main attack

9 Weapon Block
1+ BoS (enough for lv26 with +skills, including +3 x 2 shadow disc claws, all that pre-buff jazz)
etc etc, that's the basis of the build
Thusfar I'm thinking

for the claws probably one chaos and one fury, for the damage and mods. I won't be wwing, though. Is there a better selection here? both would be in Feral Claws because a level 26 BoS will need 75 ias for a 10 fps dragon claw (5 each hit), and well 40+35 = 75. yay.
string of ears/verdy's (I have a soe handy, I'd have to be un-lazy to get verdungo's)

but that kinda leaves me lacking resists and FCR. I need 22 more fcr for the breakpoint, and the resists can be at least partially covered with charms.
any advice here? (btw I will have a torch/anni for resists too)
Edit: for boots I dunno here. I am NL so the shadow dancers might be a bit difficult
