PvP FB/ES soso!

I got inspired by this guy who is the same build, he comes into a duel game, rules the **** out of everyone and leaves with a big smile on his face.

im a hammerdin with 15k hammers in pvp gear, and he needs around 4-6 hammers before he starts to lose life.

anyone knows how to make a good FB/ES soso ? i dont care about the items, cause i know how its gonna be in that point but in skills ?

tell me how the skills are setup for most FB/ES soso's or tell me how you would set it up in skills. thanks

Hmm, i'd go like this:

20 Telekinetis
20 Fireball
20 Meteor
20 Firebolt
1 Firemastery
rest in reqs and energy shield (dont forget warmth).

How the heck is this calculations be like this ? let me tell you my items (200 fcr es/fb soso)

Wizz
viper magic
2/20/mods amu
2/20/mods helm
spirit 35%
1x 10 fcr ring
1x soj
arach
magefists
treks / rare triboots

torch + anni + 8 fire sks
Thats 22 skill into fire but with command thats 23
level 43 -> fire bolt, fb, meteor,
level 22-23 fire mastery

Single player shows: 11,4k fb dmg ?
Skill planner on the internet shows: 23k fb ?

WTF someone help me out :S ?

you need to put 20 points into fire bolt, ball and meteor, 1 into mastery and then 23 into all sorc skills up in the top right
