I play on SP and duel with fellow SP duelers in TCP/IP games. There aren't many duelers, but the ones we have are extremely dedicated and dueling is quite a different experience.
Since we SP PvPers know each other well, there are no "pubbies." Established rules are followed at all times. One of them bans the use of teleport (even on sorcs) and the OSkills on CTA. Also, it's SP so I don't have the wealth for a Chaos claw. Other than that, though my build is very similar to yours.
I maxed Venom and Mind Blast, and put some points in Shadow Master, Dragon Talon, Dragon Flight (the AR bonus is actually quite nice especially since I use this a lot), and Weapon Block. Since I Dragon Talon and Dragon Flight only in melee, only one point was placed in Claw Mastery for pre-requisite. I didn't bother with Blade Shield but I have a point each in Lightning Sentry and Wake of Fire to supplement my MB.
While I have no chance against melee barbs and pallies unless I go traps+MB mode (even then, their high resists and FHR make the match quite difficult), I'm effective against other characters. I can pull off a stalemate by simply keeping away from the enemy, but what fun is that? Eventually I go up close to them in hopes of actually damaging them and then die. :lol:
Since teleport is banned, Dragon Flight is the only means of minion stacking so I use it liberally. It's quite ironic that I'm safer right up and close to an enemy than a screen away deluged with enemy missiles.
