PvP amazon - passive skills

Hello. I really admire your work, but I have a question about the distrubution of the passive skills and pierce skill . Do i have to max them or do i have to leave them (Dodge - 55%, Evade - 65%, Aavoid - 55%) Is there any point of maxing pierce ? I play in a Bulgarian diablo 2 where we have moderated RW and items, and i want to make the best PvP bower as posible.

I am a 93 lvl amazon and i have 37 left skills. I'v only maxed GA and CS (19), Dodge - 5, Avoid - 7, Evade - 5

I wouldn't bother. You can get locked in dodging while running away which is very bad. You could max out valk, which can be a nice tank, but not very useful in pvp.
