Pvm wind druid skill prog

Hey guys i started a wind druid a few days ago (twinked), never done an elementla before so i figured what the hell. At the mo he is lvl 37, having worked his way through normal to the bloody foothills on players 8, and has 13 points in tornado, 1 in hurricane, 1 in twister, 12 in cyclone armour and 7 in oak sage.

I know this may seem like a bit of a mess, but i read one druid guide that said leave oak sage at lvl 1 until you've maxed everything else, i didnt fancy hell with that, so upped it a bit, then this guide said i should be able to max cyclone armour by level 26, but i though since it gives a percentage bonus to tornado it would be most effective once tornado has already been maxed. True? My second question is what i should do after maxing tornado. I am planning on maxing hurricane straight after, but then should i max twister or cyclone armour (since cyclone armour doesnt give me a damage boost to my hurricane, should i max twister first?) Anyhow, i am planning to come back to oak sage once all of those have been maxed. Ideas?

After maxing nado I'd pump CA till it gives you a duration for Hurricane you are comfortable with, then max hurricane and twister and then finish CA.

Whatever you do, you can't really go wrong if you max nado first.

Max nado's then twister, then hurricane, then cyclone armour, then oak.

Nado's are your main dmg skill so all the synergies for this should be maxed first. However you'll max them all eventually, so it doesn't matter too much that youve put more in cyclone armour first. Just means tht you'll be doing a lil less dmg than you could be at lower lvls

Cheers for the advice. Updated info: my druid is now lvl 70 with tornado and hurricane maxed, 13 in twister, kicking *** through nm act 5, literally I can go through one of the outside areas in a couple of mins killing all enemies. Brilliant build! I am yet to meet the feared CI/PI, so ill see how my merc and bear(who now does a fairly respectable 600 odd damage) deal with them. My nado is doing 3k+ damage and hurricane in the mid 1000s i think(cant remember)
