Pretty much just made this Paladin to steamroll the Ubers. I guess the reason why I posted this is to see what you all think and from experience if this set up would do the job well.

Str: Enough for gear
Dex: Enough for max block
Vit: all remaining
Energy: None
Gear:
Helm: Kira's Guardian with 85 res
Armor: Perf Chains of Honor
Gloves: Perf Drac's
Belt: Perf Dungo's
Boots: Perf Dungo's
Weapon 1: Last Wish with 65% CB, perf otherwise
Weapon 2: Perf Call to Arms
Shield 1: Perf Eth HoZ
Shield 2: Perf Spirit
Rings: 2xPerf BK's
Ammy: Perf Maras
Ect. Plenty of health charms, torch, anni.
