PvM Single Player Barbarian

I have a barbarian than i use beserk with . I havent put any points into warcrys , what would be the best one to max out - im between the raise skill lvls or monster -damage -defense -- what do you think ?

I did like this:

Howl: 1 Point

Shout: 20 Points (Full) (In order to increase defense)

Battle Orders: 20 Points (Full) (It nearly multiples your life in level 20 and recieves bonuses from Shout and Howl, it recieves +105 seconds.)

Battle Command: 1 Point (I gave 1 point because there won't be an increase in skill bonus, more points will just increase the duration)

thank you for the reply -- is increased life really more of a benefit then decreasing ememys damage/defense ? or increasing your own skill lvls ?? im only maxing out one battlecry so want to make sure i pick the right one ------- Also if i only have diablo 2 and D2 Lord of Destruction without any of the updates from battlenet do some skills still benefit others?? if they dont is the game harder without the battlenet updates? or what other changes happen in the gameplay of a single player game??
