    PvM: Daggermancer questions

I am looking to build a Daggermancer for PvM and as I have read through the Necro forum and seen that there is quite a few different things people have done, and I was wondering which were the most effective, specifically to PvM as I am not interested in PvP.

I would want him to have no skellies, no revives, no mages, but maybe a golem, my main concern is that putting points into the golem would result in a loss of melee power with my dagger by taking skill points(and would only do what I can do with a merc). I am used to playing a sorc where I can tele around and place my merc where I like and I can't do that with a nec. If anyone has a build that revolves around those criteria that would be great.

A stat point allocation idea would be helpfull also, I know that no points(or very little, 50 total Energy) should be used, and I am guessing max Strength I would need would be for equipment reqs, but what about Dexterity and Vitality? Should I think about upping Dex for AR or does it not matter?

Maybe some gear info would be good also.

    Thanks

Do you have a nice dagger? If so just slap on some mana leach. I wonder if it would be good to pump dex for not only the AR but for the damage too
    (+100% damage= 50 dex, 50 str for daggers)

Welcome Newcomer to The Darkness. Grab a brew :drink: and feel fee to raise some corpses.

Since you show no interest in having an Army you can pump both the Bone skills and the Poison skills. That gives you more damage.

    Curses
    Dim Vision: 16*
    Attract: 8*
    Decrepify: 20
    Lower Resist: 1

    * This number includes +Skills.

    Poison & Bone
    Bone Armor: 10
    Bone Wall: 10
    Bone Prison: 20
    Poison Dagger: 20
    Poison Explosion: if any left
    Poison Nova: if any left

    Summoning
    Clay Golem: 1
    Golem Mastery: 1
    Summon Resist: 1

    Stats
Strength: enough for heaviest piece of equipment
Dexterity: enough for max block. You will be holding a shield all the time, why not put it to good use.
    Vitality: the rest
    Energy: none

Just wondering Mad mantis, why the 10 in Bone armour and bone wall? Isn't bone wall a better synergy?

That is true, the synergies are better for pumping the BA. But you want to survive your early encounters before you can pump the synergies, don't you?
