I wrote a guide on pure lightning javazons a while ago. It's intended for SP, but I'm sure you can make the appropriate changes on your own :wink3:

If you play on bnet and have the access to 'Infinity', you can skip the entire LR-agenda, since the LIs are easily broken by the Conviction aura. It is the final argument supporting the pure lightning build over any hybrids.

In SP, this runeword is unavailable (along with many others) unless you install the RWM, not to mention the rarity of the necessary runes. Still, the build is powerful enough in the version presented within the guide.

To summarize it:
Stats: (without items)
base energy
vita: 240+
dexterity: ~120-160 range depending on your playstyle; it is not necessary to hit 75% block, but it's recommended to have at least 50%
strength: 100+ The heaviest item is usually the shield. In vanilla, strength provides important bonus to physical damage which is necessary to take down the unbreakables (unless you go with 1pt strafe backup which benefits from dexterity instead).

Skills:
20 CS, LF, LS and PS or LB (PS is nice for early questing while LB is mostly for PvP)
1 Pierce, Evade and all prerequisites.

optional skills: Valkyrie, Strafe, the last synergy (this is almost automatic choice if you count with 'Infinity').
alternative: don't take avoid&evade, but take Decoy instead.

I've been testing both builds (Evade vs Decoy) extensively and each has its benefits. They can be completed (all synergies maxed out) at levels 98 and 99 respectively. In shortcut, the D-build is more offensive, provides some "crowd control", but also takes a lot more damage, while the E-build suffers more from the bugged passives. Not sure which one to recommend

@crawlingdeadman: I submitted the guide within the SPF, but I don't think it was stickied there (most SPFers prefer hybrid builds). I can send a PM to Dacar in any case..

@Bogaria: The core build is finished when four lightning skills are maxed: CS, LF, LS, and either Power Strike or Lightning bolt. The other one of the two is the last (fifth) skill (synergy), which can be maxed at clvl98/99 as mentioned above. Since this is basically at the verge of retirement and merely a theory for most players (including myself, I'm afraid  ), it's good to choose which one you like more: PS or LB.

PS is mainly useful for early questing (until clvl18), but has little use later on, because CS is stronger and doesn't require AR to hit.

LB is interesting for PvPers, because it deals more damage than LF to single targets.

You can also make a compromise: put 6-8 in PS early on, then max LF, CS, LS, and LB (~clvl88), and only then proceed with PS - you will see how far you can go
