Pure Fire Sorc (Meteor/Fireball/Bolt/Mastery) needing Gear/Attrib hints.

The thing is when you use the word 'pure' we all assume that you mean 'only/not mixed/free of foreign elements' (got that last one right from the dictionary, lol). Just call yourself a 'Fire Sorc' and there won't be any confusion.

A note on you called your support skills as essential for 'every' character, some people like that added challenge of true pure builds.

I have 21 single tree builds of them the 3 sorcs 2 of which don't use static or teleport and 2 of which don't use warmth, 2 of which don't have armor of any kind, all are able to play well even into the beginning of Hell. Never call any skill a staple skill for "all" characters, its just not true ask my combat masteries tree only barb (He's in Hell act 1 by the way).

I take it you used one of each tree of each char type... how did the necro curser work out... I assume you had a nice merc and physical dmg if so... also how about the zon with passive/magic I tried that build a while ago, but it is lost on an unknown account, she worked well with a ribcracker...

Still in the middle of that project. I have a clvl ~26 passive zon she is doing well once I get to clvl 30 she will fly with herr valk.

The curse necro is a hard build, I haven't started it. He will be using dimvision alot and be using attract and other confusion type curses hopefully the enemies will kill themselves. The ancients will be extremely difficult. Oh I almost forgot I play single player so all these builds are doing the game solo.

The hardest build will be the defencive paladin. He has no offencive skill what so ever so he will be limited to tanking and using normal attacks.

I built the fire sorc as a hydra/ranged enchantress she worked really well.

I will be building a chainlightning/thunderstorm sorc, and a frozenorb/armor sorc for my other 2 sorc builds.

I only have 4 of 21 completed but all of them are atleast started at clvl 1. I will be rebuilding the trap tree only into a firetrapper before I finish this task.
