[caption id="attachment_384980" align="alignright" width="350"] Cause meets effect...[/caption]After a weekend of normal drop rates at the start of Season Four, the giant community buff has returned to the PTR for Patch 2.3. Legendary drop rate +2000%, double Blood Shards and Gold, plus triple EXP and gemini spawning Goblins are all back, and players are once again completely filling their inventories with legs before they even reach the Guardian. (And then filling it once or twice more before completing the Rift...) No word from Blizzard on how long it will be active, but here's the official announcement. PTR Community Buff Returns: The following buff is now active on the PTR: 2000% Bonus Chance to find Legendaries This buff was reactivated on July 13 at 5:00 p.m. PDT. That and the suddenly full screen clan chat legendary item find tipped me off soon enough... The economy was working really well too; Goblins drop tons more mats now, and I had a nice balance between white/blue/yellow mats, and wasn't even bottlenecked on Souls. More on that later.
