Psnmancer, Trouble with gear

For a poison necromancer, fcr seems pretty much useless to me since you are just resetting the timer. Hoto, IIRC; gives +3 skills; a decent -resists probably beats that. You might need to run some numbers for different situations to see whether the wand always, sometimes or never comes out top.

Haven't personally tried the Hoto, but I would never give up my Death's Web for one. Don't forget that Hoto cannot be socketed with anything.. a Deathsweb can have a socket added.... (Poison DIE Facet?)

if u are pvp i would go with hoto, because u would need to hit the 63fcr bp atleast to catch up to people or to run away.

Use Deaths web, why?
A. Your attacks are not fcr dependant, and hoto offers less +skills than a deaths web could. Death web also speeds up your killing insanely
B. Hoto offers relatively little resistance for the item slot. You could sacrifice your shako/other helm for a good kiras for more of a resistance gain and at a lower sacrifice in damage.
FCR isn't very necessary i've found. I've hit the 48% fcr bp while still maintaining good damage (63% fcr is for a sorc evild2player
) and it can be tedious,
and for a venomancer in my experience it isn't worth the trouble, even with teleport. For higher breakpoints you'd have to get rid of 3 piece trang, and I don't feel it is worth that, since -resistance is the most important attribute of a venomancer.
Enigma breast plate all the way, base strength.

Thanks Everyone, Im on USwest and bought the indivual enimga runes, cost on 6 ists, and hell cows gave me a superior mage plate for the enigma.
As for deaths web, kinda rare at the moment but im looking for one recently recieved gul from a hell rush so hope i can grap a decent web witht hat. Im failry new to the Psnmancer wasnt sure about timer, with aracnids,trangs gloves it seems my fcr will be sufficent.

IMO (which to some im not qualifed to have ne...no names) Magic 6 socket Crystal sword!!!! :lol: im too poor for a death web so what the hell might as well 6 5/5 die psn faucet a crystal sword (also good for a rabies..but thats another form) +30% -30% cant go wrong!!!! heehee im so lucky to have all these stupid ideas .

well you can pick up a bad dw for about ist over here, but good ones have some value, a perfect 1 went for just over vex recently on etf(I got outbid lol)

Wow... I couldn't even find a Death's Web for trade on USWest Ladder.... I guess I only looked here though... but I would have gladly given a Gul for one... plus more. Oh well, I went the Ebay route and spent $4.95... but got a free shako, trangs head, and trangs gloves with it... bah... more trangs gloves to deal with....
