Why use LOH? because LOH is the easiest way to find out about the proc rate. For example, if a skill has 200% LOH, then by using 100 LOH weapon, i'll get 200 health in return. This was tested as such, but doesn't mean it only works for LOH. Mostly it applies to any kind of "on hit" proc.

With that being said, here's the result to my experiment :

Poison dart = 200%
Splinters = 33% per dart (100%/cast)
Numbing dart = 200%
Spined Dart = 200%
Flaming dart = 100%
Snake to the face = 200%

Corpse Spiders = 8% by jar + 8%/each spider/hit
Leaping Spiders = 8% by jar + 8%/each spider/hit
Spider Queen = 30%/enemy/tick
Widowmakers = 8% by jar + 8%/each spider/hit
Medusa Spiders = 8% by jar + 8%/each spider/hit
Blazing Spiders = 8% by jar + 8%/each spider/hit

Plague of Toads = 66%/toad (200%/cast)
Explosive Toads = 66%/toad (200%/cast)
Toad of Hugeness = 100%/cast
Rain of Toads = 50%/enemy/tick STACKS
Addling Toads = 66%/toad (200%/cast)
Toad Affinity = 66%/toad (200%/cast)

Firebomb = 66%/enemy
Flash Fire = 20%/bounce (140%/cast)
Roll the Bones = 22%/enemy
Fire Pit = 6.5%/enemy/tick STACKS
Pyrogeist = 16%/projectile (You'll get about 33% every half a second)
Ghost Bomb = 12.5%/enemy

Grasp of the Dead = 16.5%/enemy/tick

Haunt = 100% per target hit and none on the DOT. If it acquires another target after the first one dies, it will count as another hit, applies to all rune.
Consuming spirit = 100% per target hit
Resentful Spirit = 100% per target hit
Lingering Spirit = 100% per target hit
Grasping Spirit = 100% per target hit
Draining Spirit = 100% per target hit

Locust Swarm = 33% per target, same as haunt. Each time it spreads it will hit, but no bonus from the DOT.
Pestilence = 33% per target
Devouring Swarm = 33% per target
Cloud of Insects = 33% per target
Diseased Swarm = 33% per target. Not sure about the damage from the death corpses though
Searing Locusts = 33% per target

Zombie Dogs = 0%, except for these 2 runes
Rabid Dogs = 10%/attack and none from the dot
Final Gift = 0%
Life Link = 0%
Burning Dogs = 5%/enemy/dogs from the aura only, none from their attack
Leeching Beasts = 0%

Horrify = 0% all rune

Spirit walk = 0%, except for these 2 runes
Severance = 20%/enemy/hit
Umbral Shock = 33%/enemy

Hex = 0%, Except for angry chicken = 33%/enemy when you blow it up

(On the contrary to what people believe, i found Acid Clouds and it's runes stack, but only for about 2 cast, because i see a some tick that's more than 100% on the DoT sometimes after multiple casts)
Acid Cloud = 16%,33%,50%,66%,100%/enemy/tick (This number is all over the place, the closer to the center, the bigger the proc is)
Acid Rain = 40%,80%,120%,160%,200%/enemy/tick

I'll try to keep this thread alive and keep updating it with each new patch. Hopefully i'll stick around long enough for that :D.

Forgot to mention this is retested in 1.05.

The most important thing since the last time I saw this thread is the difference in spiders proc rates.

I am wondering what the single target proc rate is for throwing a series of jars of spiders, e.g. blazing/leaping/widow makers spam then bears/other when mana is regenerated. There are 3 spiders per jar and you can have up to six jars at once.

8%loh/spider, 3 spiders/jar, 6 overlapping jars, after six+ attacks in a row...

If each spider attacks once per second and then dies after three attacks, then attack speed does matter and can increase the LoH for spiders.
At 1.0 aps you only get 3 jars out at one time, causing the LoH to be 8%*3*3 = 72% LoH
At 2.0 aps you can get 6 jars out at one time, causing LoH to be 8%*3*6 = 144% LoH
Any more than 2.0 and I think you'll be removing spiders, but you'll be free to cast something else.

Also of note, Rain of Toads attacks about 1.5x faster than your listed aps, causing it to be on par with splinters for single target damage and way better for LoH.
