Since we seem to be talking movies i just watched The Departed and The Prestige , i liked them both.

Oh i also liked both of those! The prestige was nice looking and a bit different but i enjoy that kind of films. Just one of those i really wanted to be good. So nice not be be dissapointed :smiley:

And The Departed, what can i say, sooo wanted another ending. Just .. why? Why?? :worry:

There is this movie called Pans Labyrinth, that i thought looked kind of interesting, has anyone seen that?

I didn't notice from all this spam but..what's everyone's opinion about the new TMNT (turtles) movie? The animated one.

I watched it a few days ago and I was positively surprised.
The action and effects are pretty cool, and splinter can actually fight unlike in the live action movies :laughing:

Ã…h its completley animated?? I was under the impression it was just the Turtles themselves, for some reason. Ill have to see it for sentimental purposes (used to watch that cartoon-series when i was younger )

Try looking for infernal affairs (its in chinese so get one with subs), its the original and its a trilogy so the ending might please you a bit more. I personally prefer the original to the departed but i'm biased seeing as i speak chinese.

I just finished watching Mou gaan dou (err... "Internal Affairs"). I liked the movie, but I think it would have been fairly obvious to tell who was the "mole" in the police department.

Haven't seen "The Departed" yet. . . so don't post any spoilers! rawr~~

Rated R for graphic violence and some language.

Don't get me wrong, it's a beautifully shot movie, great camera work and special effects, and very good overall but it's also about a struggle against Spanish facists in 1944 and things were not very nice back then.

It's well worth seeing but it's not a fairytale. Just don't watch it with kids if you have some :wink3:

I have not seen the new Ninja Turtles yet, but I did watch the original non-animated movie a few months ago and I've not recovered from it yet, it was quite horrible to be honest :smiley:

Gratz jallo, I moved up an notch on my self found runes today when a Lo dropped from a soul in WSK lvl 2. Now only missing any rune from sur and up to complete the rune set (yes, i know it will be hard).

Edit: and yeah i forgot to brag about the tyreals I found from 4th wave a couple of weeks ago. So now i'm only missing 5 or 6 uniques from the grail (and one set item, anyone care to guess witch set i'm missing, there is no price involved though if you guess correctly, only the glory).

I eeerm, got some new movies today. Has anyone seen The holiday, Blades of Glory, Spiderman 3, Cry wolf, battle royal 2 (only seen first one, kicked serious ***), Ju-on and ringu (yes I'm a fan of japanese horror movies) ??

I loved Cry Wolf, pretty twisted plot and surprising ending.
Spiderman 3 needed more Venom.
Ju-on was The Eye? If so, loved that one as well.

I can't seem to find horror movies that I haven't seen these days.
Most Asian flicks have been great.
