and over the agression issue...i used to take anger management afew years back, but im calmer person now, but i use rugby to let most out. most of my friends comment how much more laid back i am when drunk, and i am far less agressive.

Rugby is for pussies, TAE KWON DO IS A REAL SPORT. Just joking, I'd never batter my head like that, I prefer to get kicked (Believe it or not).

I used to be very angry, have huge sparks and burst out, inherited from my mother and it runs in the family with the brothers too, however my dad is very calm and friendly. We didn't inherit anything from him, well I think I inherited his natural friendliness, I don't desire to hurt anybody else but when I get angry nothing stops me :/
