Potential Static Bug in 1.09 I've been working on getting my 1.09 MeteOrb ready for 1.10s HF collections by running mostly cows but some 1.09 Hell cold caves (A5 CP/GT/AW) as well. (level 89 - one level to go to max out Fire Ball - woohoo!) I've noticed that, for some U/SU bosses, static does not appear to have the 50% cap applied. It doesn't happen often, but appears to happen when the monster has multiple other immunities. I noticed first with a Uq Frenzytaur that she staticked from across a river - with no other attack, static took the life bar below 50% and worked all the way down to a sliver - again it appeared to work against Snapchip Shatter, who was FI/CI. Is this a bug anybody has ever heard of, and/or perhaps experienced in a later patch? I'm not absolutely positive yet - I'll be looking for a good opportunity to test it in as ideal a situation as I can find. I'll post it in my guide if I can verify it.
