Poisonmancer, now what?

Hello,

I have a poisonmancer, designed for PvP. He has maxed: poison dagger, poison explosion and poison nova. Used 7 in curses to get lower resist and one for bone armour.

I am currently level 80 and have almost 30 skill points for disposition. Bearing in mind he is intended for PvP and his primary attack is PN where would you recommend to go now? I have no skills in summon, maybe get a golem?

also, i was thinking of a secondary attack like bonespear or spirit, suggestions?

my gear is a poor mans gear because this is my first character.
