poison creeper and rabies in pvp

does poison creeper overwrites rabies in pvp? also will the lower resists increase rabies damage (like other poison damage)? thanks

Neither, it'll deal its poison damage for the duration while Rabies does its thing. This is because Rabies isn't technically poison damage, but a poison aura >.>
