PnB necro advice
Alright, I'm currently looking for the most consistantly successful PvP build and so far I have tried Windy, BvC, and blizz mainly. The only others that I hear beat most things are hammerdins and PnB necros, I don't like jumping on a bandwagon of hammerdins so now's my question.
What are problem characters for a pure bone necro?
For blizz, all bowazons and 163 FCR windy's....I can beat most of anything else if I play well, what are the downsides to necro? He will have maxed block and all of the 'best' gear.
