Please explain single-weapon vs. double-weapon WW.

    My understanding is thus:

    - A barb armed with ONE two-handed weapon (weapon speed = 0) gets ONE chance to hit a target per X frames.

    - A barb armed with TWO one-handed weapons (weapon speeds = 0) gets TWO chances to hit a target per X frames.

In other words, the basic, oversimplified idea is: "if you have one weapon, you hit once per attack, and if you have two weapons, you hit twice per attack."

    Is this correct? Thanks.

Yes, except for the first 4:th ww-frame where only the primary weapon hits.
Both weapons will hit at frame 8, 12, 16 etc...
Edit: Oh yeah, ofc this assumes that both weapons meet the last ww bp at -34.

So, at frame 1 & 4, only the primary weapon will have a chance at hitting the target? But at frames 8, 12, 16, and on, both weapons have a chance at hitting?

And, this is probably a stupid question, but....which weapon is the primary one? The one in the left weapon slot?

    Thanks.

At frame 1 there is no attack, the rest is correct.

Also note that if there are two or more targets in WW range (range 5), the weapons will try to hit as usual, but never the same target twice in the same attack frame. With only one target in WW range both weapons are allowed to hit it in the same attack frame.

    Excellent. Very clear. Thank you.

One more quick question though: When WWing, do all weapons have the same range, or do, say, polearms give a longer reach than, say, daggers?

Range matters. If you dualwield 2 daggers, they both have range1. If you have a great pole axe, you'll have range5. If you use a crystal sword+ a berserker axe, the sword will hit targets within range2 and the axe will hit targets withing range3. I think.
