i was playing with a friends assasin in a party.
i had to go afk for a minute and my friend went to wsk lvl 2
a sorc joined game char name o-prah (acc: kiddo) useast.
when i was back i left the party and my friend tells me that he´s sin is dead,and never saw or heard the sound of hostile and wasnt in party with the haxor pk. How can this happen? how can the pk knew where the sin was?

The Tppk hack needs no partied player to kill,he shoots projectiles(probably iceblasts),then he activates his script and his char auto-hostiles and goes to town.Many people claim that this is possible manually too(if partied),but i never seen that and i play this game online for 4 years.

how can the pk knew where the sin was?

I guess he used a Maphack like all cheaters.

The exploit of this feature is the reason why nobody plays in public games,my expectations that Blizzard ever fixes it are low.

from the screenshot, you arent in your friend's party so the game doesnt show you the status(hostility) shown if the sorc in your party hostiled the assassin outside the party. The only time it shows is if someone expresses hostility towards you or your party.

Yeah, it's definitely possible, I've experimented with it a bit, its somewhat difficult to do in terms of doing it all fast enough, but the mechanics are exactly the same, just manually instead of by script.

I started to play online when 1.10 patch was introduced,hydra pk sorcs were 1.09 stuff iirc.All Tppks i met used scripts,there was always the "WhateverPk clan owned you brother" msg after the kill.

If you get TPPk'd by one of those idiot hackers you most likely won't even see the hostility symbol until its too late... it happens that fast.

As for how he knew where your buddy was, you said he went to the WSK waypoint. That is a very common TPPk ambush point and he probably didn't even need a maphack tool to locate your friend. He just went to the WP first and waited... probably after seeing your in-game discussions where your friend suggested he might go do a WSK run or something like that.

hah good news i sent screenshots of me and some that my friend took to [email protected] also naming several known tppkers,
and i just saw in hc ladder trade channel 1 of the guys complaining for this acc. banned. Thx blizz we luv you.
