His full name is "Pindleskin", and he is located in Nihlathak's garden, on the way to Nihlathak himself.

There is one thing of note about Pindleskin, and this is the reason you see him/it come up in discussion all the time; Pindleskin is a good monster for magic find runs. Pindleskin's ability to drop very good items and the fact that he/it is convenient to kill very quickly make him/it a favorite for these runs.
