Phoenix Striker Questions
hello,
i've been reading through the assassin forums, but i haven't been able to find what i'm looking for.
i have a lvl 80 PvM phoenix striker, and she has some pretty impressive killing speed.
Skills:
20 Fists of Fire
20 Claws of Thunder
20 Blades o Ice
20 Phoenix Strike
1 Burst of Speed
Phoenix Strike
charge 1: > 4k
charge 2: > 10k
charge 3: > 2k
now, i mainly use PS (partly because i'm too lazy to use the extra hotkeys). would it be better to use each of the 3 elemental skills instead? and if so, would Ormus' Robes be my best choice as armor? (currenlty using Spirit Shroud) i tried it out, and it did give decent boosts to those 3 skills, but nothing to Phoenix Strike. what "type" of skill is Phoenix Strike? its not cold/fire/lightning..
any other gear suggestions? note: i'm using hsarus' heel/stay for the AR bonus. removing either of those cuts my AR in 1/2. ouch. =S
i didn't understand the IAS tables for PS. I have lvl 7 BoS with +skills, and using dual bartuc's. how much IAS do i need for the breakpoints?
my problem is that she is a bit fragile.. she's been playing mostly on NM, and only got though hell because she was playing multi. she needs some better resists, and to be more durable for hell. i'm currently 2x - bartuc's. would a + Assassin/Martial Arts with resists be a good option?
should i put my remaining pts into Shadow Warrior/Master? the extra tank would be useful. how high lvl do they need to be to last on hell?
please let me know if you've tried a build like this or if you have a link for another phoneix strike guide. i've read the PS guide in the stickies, and on the amazon basin.
