Peirce considerations for Javazon

Hey guys, I recently built a Hybrid Javazon (pretty much according to popular guides) and was wondering about your guys thoughts on Maxing Peirce, to be able to use T-gods, or just resign myself to using Razortail for the rest of her career.
Currently she's at lvl 83 with 8 skill points banked and her gear as follows:

Helm: Andy's soc 15Ias jool
Ammy: Highlords
Armor: COH sup Archon
Weapon: Titans
Sheild: Spirit monarch
Belt: Razortail currently, want T-gods real bad
Rings: Raven, Rare mana leech with AR, +dmg, some minor resists
Glove: LOH
Boot: War Travs

Currently with her gear and charms, Peirce is already lvl 16 (82%) and the razortail is kinda overkill, do u Pros think using the hard points to max Peirce is justified to be able to use T-Gods? Her one and only job pretty much is farming Cow if that helps with considerations. I've also read the thread that pointed out the significant dmg boost 100% peirce has over say 85%. What would u guys do or have u done?
Any help and insight is greatly appreciated.

We would have put less points in pierce and use razortails.
And even now, 100% pierce is super important in the secret cow level. More important then 3 skill from thundergods.

The only time when I would use thundergods is when I fear gloams and I need the absorb. Else razortails rocks for me.

P.S. what's your gear like. With super high end gear, you shouldn't have problem with whatever belt you use. And by putting points in pierce and using a conviction merc, you will run wsk without fear for gloams.
I'm just wandering if maxing pierce is worth the points?

your gear look good enough if you have some skillers, torch and ani. Just one point, what made you think loh are good gloves?
