I got this from AH for 200k, was it "yai" or "nay" impulse purchase? It has been put on the AH just an hour ago.

Crit chance: 5.5%
Crit dam: 28%
Any thoughts what would be this value? A bit low stats but those combos cost a lot. Other similar items were way more expensive.
