I'd put this in the 5-10m range, due to lack of socket. If you rolled a socket it'd be worth a lot more.

Sometimes I'm shocked at how much things aren't selling for. The 8% life is essentially ~80-90 more vit for most people. I'd put yours up for 1m to start and 2-3m BIN, if that's what the comparables are at right now. I thought the res all would be more valued.
