It looks "good" to me but, generally a mix of everything doesn’t sell well, people are looking for 2 or 3 big key stats, not a mix of mediocre rolls on all of them

my guess would be 200-600k ish ?

If I'm way off, someone please correct me...

Well the MF may become valuable depending on the changes to MF that Blizz are going to make, or it could be useless, again depending on what change they make. As for the stats, the AR is too low to be meaningful, and neither the strength nor dex are high enough. Personally, I would be surprised if you could sell this. If you can, then 100k to 200k at best.

I could be interested to use it as a temporary armor before I find one with better rolls.
