i'd say 3 - 5 mil for starters...
i usually price big ones by saying it needs at least 3 major stats to bring in the mega money, and you have two... the socket is nice, but , not exacly a huge sell point, its basically the 100+ dex with the all resist.. the VIT roll is pretty low for it too be a factor for monks and its bascially meaningless for glass canon DHs that low
if it had
dex / crit / all res. rather than the socket, then you're looking at a lot more
