PC on Rare Ring -> 33 Fire Res, 65 All Res, +304 LoH, 14% MF, 4.5% Crit, 1 socket

So i've found this the other day, i been trying to compare this ring to other items on AH, but there is nothing as close in resists, or Loh, or MF, these mods doesn't seem to be together at all, so i really don't know how to compare it against others. It seems like a nice farming ring to me. Someone had offer me 5mill for it. But i would love some input from experts. Thanks in advance
