Can I please get a price check on Hammer Jammers Legendary Pants?

It has 2 empty sockets with +54 Dex, +59 Vit, 11% GF, 7% Movement Speed, and maybe some other small stats.

These are tough to put a value on. Essentially you have about ~100 for each main stat (with the sockets), and the GF & Movement Speed is icing on the cake. I see a GF DH using these. I could be way off base, but I think you'd get in the 1-2m range at most. Legendary items are tough to value, because they're so hit or miss sometimes. Since this one is a pretty low level pair, I wouldn't expect a fortune, but I think they have some value. The problem is that the legendary depth digger pants are much better for end game MF/GF so, your market is for lower level characters.
