Am wondering on a price for this armour:

Am not able to find equivalent pricing on AH so I'm hoping to get some help from the community here!

It lacks any sockets, so it's not going to be more than 200k, probably considerably less. I'm guessing 100k if you want to sell it quick.

Even with the high Res All + lots of life and meager core stat?

In the chat I was getting estimates from 3-8m? so I'm curious if they're being overly generous or if i'm still not zeroed in on a good number?

if you have any doubt that i'm wrong, list it for a high price first. If it sells at 3-8m, great, if not, slowly go lower until someone buys it. I play on US anyway.

Sorry! No offence intended! Am not in doubt of who's wrong, am just surprised at the variance of answers from different sources! And you're right, I do intend to list it on AH.

I sold one similar but with strenght instead of dexterity and no life% for about 2 millions. I'd say yours is at least 3 millions.

I would put the starting bid at 3 millions and buyout at 4 millions and see where it goes. If it doesn't sell just lower by 1 million.

I just gave the AH a quick check for 75+ @res, 7+ life % and 180+ vit, and came up with one result going for 25mil. Admittedly this is on the EU AH, but i still think its safe to say this is item is worth a couple of million at least, due to the 1-from-perfect @res, and insane amount of life. And imo if you had rolled an extra high resis on top of the other stats it would be a mega bucks item.

The cheapest item available with 200 vit / 75 All Resists is at a buyout of 5.5 million. I normally don't disagree too much with valuations, but 200k is way off. I would say that 3-5 million would move the item relatively quickly, but I also believe you could hold out for more.

Remember sockets are just glorified stats.
Great defensive stats, and some dex to boot! I'll just echo the "at least a few millions".

that's why I undervalued it, because of no sockets. It's still hard to believe that something without sockets could be worth so much. I'll keep that in mind though.

I agree. The sockets are not a necessity for high value. The AR is excellent, which is a huge plus factor. The 200 Vit is high, and the 8% life is much like having sockets with amethysts in it, but without actually having to add the gems. This much life on one item allows you to look for higher dex and less vit on your other items. Although the primary stat isnt high, it is not so low as to not be noticeable. I rate this fairly highly as a piece of monk armor, and I'd value it around 1.5 to 3 million.

Put it min bid 10m on AH and let it go higher.
If you sold it for cheaper than that, you got ripped off.
