PC on Andariel's Visage w/ Dex

I've been scrolling through pages and pages of the AH to find a similar listing, but 20+ pages in I have not seen one with Dex higher than 23.

Does that mean this is a rarity worth a bit more? Thanks for any info!

I should mention that this is on SC-US and a price estimation for either gold or dollars would be great!

Since the nerf of the IAS this helm in particular has gone way down on price. The only real difference in this and rare helm with the same stats is the IAS. Maybe 3 Mil + on this market.
