PC on amulet with crit and LoH

I've been pricing LoH items and the base of 500 LoH starts at 600k even if that's the only stat it has, I've actually sold a magic ammy with LoH 656 for 650k.

now yours isn't that high but has some other very nice stats. I saw one for 8 mil this morning with mf instead of the crit. for 5-8 mil ( with a few other good stats but his LoH was 500..

using that and a few others as a reference I would guess 4-6 mil. the godly LoH stats are 500+ and base stats are fairly common str/int/dex

your big selling point is the crit + loh

thats my opinion

im currently selling one with socket/LoH 550/life per sec 180/mf 30% for 6.5 mil so good to great LoH ammys need a bit more than 1 or two other big rolls to break the 10 mil mark I think ( that is if they will actually have a high chance of selling)

Hi OP, I hope you dont mind if I borrow your thread for a price check.

I got a similar amulet with 44Str, 47Vit, 640LOH, 43%Crit and has socket. What kind of selling price should i expect? Is this a godly amulet? :scratchhead:

Mag man,

I would suggest a bid you will be happy with and a buyout you will be very happy with...

I think that ammy will sell for 4 million, but why not make that the low and shoot high?

something like 3.5mil to 7 mil

this way you'll get a big enough sale to be happy and somebody may just buy it out!

i forg0t to mention my bid is 1.9 mil to 6.5 mil, so if i dont get a buy out, most likely ill get something inbetween and be happy enough with that

yes, thats a very nice ammy too, the LoH is high... and it has some crit and str

thats a step up from what we are talking about, how far up, I'm not sure, I'd say that should start at 10 mil .... if i had that id prolly go for 10 mil bid with a 15-20 mil buyout depending on how op

I'm not a fan of using different bid and buyout values. The thing is I looked at the AH and saw better amus in the range 5-6 million so I didn't bother putting it up that high. It hasn't sold yet.

nah

thats the best way to do it

i make the bid the least i would happy with and the buyout what similar items are going for so as long as it sells im relativily happy, plsu, that gives me a better idea of the value

if nobody wants to pay your buyout, the thing comes back... IF someone would pay the bid but not the buyout, you might move the thing

i guess it depends on how filled up you are with stuff to sell... i am so, i like items to move. i just make sure im not giving anything away is all
