I found and bought this amulet for 200,000 gold on the auction house, and I suppose it must be worth a little more than that?

Super find! I think this is more like 1-1.5 Million as you could actually use it to play with on a regular basis while MFing. No Vit/crit etc hurts the value some, but other than that I think you got a great buy. BTW max MF cap is 45.
