Looks really good to me... i'm not sure how well the int is gonna mix with crit hit chance, DHs will be looking at the int wishing that was dex...

i think you should be looking at 7 -10 mil for starters, yours is way better than that... it looks mainly like a wiz piece, so the str / crit wont mean as much to the total value in my opinion. they'll be thinking socket / all res / big int in one...
btw, everyone says they cant find anything similar, this is for 2 reasons...
a) new items go up and down prolly every 15 - 20 minutes so when you look nothing may be there
b) there are similar items that are missing a key stat so, sometimes the search misses it
